Henderson
A Different Room Than the Strip
Henderson events aren’t Strip events, and they shouldn’t be entertained like Strip events. The crowd is largely local, often knows each other, and has usually had their fill of the spectacle four freeway exits away. What plays here is something more personal.
That suits close-up magic exactly. No stage, no volume, no production — just something impossible happening in a guest’s own hands, in a room where people can still hear each other talk.
Where I work in Henderson
Green Valley and The District. Restaurant private rooms and corporate functions around Green Valley Ranch. Strolling close-up during a cocktail hour is the most common booking here.
Anthem and Sun City Anthem. Milestone birthdays, anniversary dinners and country club functions. An adult crowd that appreciates skill over noise — this is where a seated parlor set tends to land best.
Inspirada and Cadence. Newer neighbourhoods, younger families, house parties and backyard celebrations. Teen birthdays and adult parties both work; I no longer take young children’s parties.
Lake Las Vegas. Weddings and destination-feel events at the resorts. Cocktail hour on a terrace is close to the ideal setting for this kind of work.
The practical part
Henderson is inside my standard service area, so there’s no travel surcharge. I’m fully insured at $100,000 and can send a certificate to any venue that asks — most Henderson country clubs and resorts do.
Private parties start at $350. Bachelor and bachelorette bookings from $500. Corporate from $1,500.

Questions Worth Answering
Do you charge extra to travel to Henderson?
No. Henderson is inside my standard Las Vegas service area, so there is no travel surcharge for Green Valley, Anthem, Inspirada, Cadence or Lake Las Vegas.
Can you perform at Henderson country clubs and resorts?
Yes, regularly. Most of them ask vendors for a certificate of insurance before the event — I carry $100,000 liability and can send the certificate directly to your coordinator.
What works best for a Henderson house party?
Roaming close-up if people are moving between rooms and a patio, or a seated parlor set if you can get everyone in one place for forty-five minutes. The seated version is the one guests talk about afterwards.
How many guests can you cover?
Roaming close-up works from about eight guests up to several hundred. A seated set works best under about sixty.
Do you do children's parties in Henderson?
Not young children’s parties, no. Teen parties from roughly thirteen up, and adult birthdays, are very much in scope.
How far in advance should I book?
December and the spring wedding season fill earliest. Outside those, shorter notice is often fine — it costs nothing to ask about a date.
